What Every Passive Real Estate Investor Should Ask Before They Wire a Dollar
“The operator is the investment.”
Most passive investors evaluate the deal: the property, the market and the projected returns. Almost none evaluate the operator who will control their capital for the next five to ten years. Tanya has spent her career on both sides of that table. This book gives investors the framework institutional investors use to separate strong operators from weak ones, before the wire clears.

Over her 25+ year career, she has closed nearly $3 billion in real estate transactions, spanning beneficial interests, LLC/LP structures, land development, and oil and gas deals. Her transaction experience includes pioneering work on the country’sfirst tenant-in-common acquisition, demonstrating her ability to navigate complex, first-of-their-kind deals.
As a COO, Tanya focuses on building high-performance operational systems while maintaining exceptional client service standards.
